Skyrack Technology Ltd is a services company focussed on providing high quality product. Our business model relies on quality, loyalty and service. We adhere to industry standard approaches to delivery and support. These include open standards, such as ITIL to structure our support desk activities, and industry managed standards such as e-Tom from the Telemanagement Forum to structure our business processes and advise consulting clients.
